@lovrcal I’ve been told that the chemicals do lead to metabolic changes, and my OH had to stop drinking it as it’s a cause for kidney stones.

@lovrcal its more complicated than that, some artificial sweeteners can do a lot of stuff like change the way your body metabolizes other calories you consume. Aspartame also spikes your blood sugar and lowers your insuline sensitivity + increases cravings/appetite
