Ramadan is soon & I'll once again be forced to not drink water and starve myself for a religion I don't believe in, enough motivation for me to work as inhumanly hard as possible to be out of Egypt before next year's Ramadan because I'm not doing this fucking bullshit ever again

Religion aside fasting is a good practice,I lost so much weight and if you can combine it with your workout routine it's ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

It helps , that as an agnostic . There's a lot of benefits to fasting in terms of resting your body , repairing tissues and reduce inflamation.
I understand the being forced part but that's how I reconditioned myself that way.

dude fr i hate it sm i actually managed to not fast last ramadan but only drank water i still didnt eat but my mom found out and shes forcing me to do it fr this time or sheโll tell my dad it sucks

I agree, thereโs no point participating in the practices of a religion u donโt believe in, put food and drink in ur waistband or in a bag somewhere and eat it in private.
