I just finally understand how important monetization is.
1) Allows you to understand what people value
2) Helps you reinvest in the business (hire for key processes/functions)
3) Stops you from wasting time building/doing stuff that doesn't matter

I write each email, use a script, add new subs manually.
I want this stuff to be automatic, set it and forget it.
