@kris_sg @AppleSupport My case ID : 101824373581 Bought iPhone thinking 5G was already enabled on the device few years ago. Only 4G & 3G showing. Support asked me to update to iOS 16.02, did that & even after that unable to use 5G whereas my android device has got 5G.

@kris_sg Don't worry smartphone OEM need to push out a small network OTA update, checked with few brands some already started rolling other said update roll out by next week. From @geekyranjit

@kris_sg All the devices are 5g enabled,only operator related configuration needed to be enabled. Once operator gave confirmation to enable 5G, all the OEM will push the OTA
