Do I have this correct: Putin invaded Ukraine & has been using cluster bombs on Ukraine's soil, but Ukraine can not use them on its soil?
[ note: I’m for peace, I suspect, like you, but I also believe that Ukraine should be able to defend itself from invasion ]
Note: I’m no expert on Russia or Ukraine — I have never been to either country, don’t know many people there, and I've never served in the military (to the best of my knowledge, none of the besties have either)
