Cw transphobia // I was also really disgusted at them talking so loudly at the staff cafeteria asking each other if another staff is trans and wonder if she’s a real girl or not. And they asked me how to tell if a girl is real, presumably because I’m queer and cross dresses.

Like they dead ass could not see how uncomfortable I was and I had to walk away angrily with my half eaten orange!! And afterwards boss apologised and said he didn’t know I was sensitive like... make it make sense???

I’m also appalled at the culture at work at how they like to ogle and talk about women who are in our park WHEN THEY THEMSELVES HAVE WIVES AND KIDS. like they’ll talk about exchanging numbers w the girls openly and idk if they’re joking but you’re married you shouldn’t doing this

The race, sexual orientation and gender discrimination at a working environment is really different from what I’ve experienced in school. You would think adults are better but nah sis these cis straight chai knees adults really have backward minds my god
