Getting mood swings during periods is fine but aggressive behavior is something different and it cannot be encouraged. This is one of the worst seasons where women card is often used in interest of their vengeance.

Firstly no one should be ashamed of talking abt menstrual issues. N its not an insult to talk abt it. At the same time men should be taught n educate to understand when a women is getting her periods n the pain n discomfort she goes thru. Its, gods creation.
