This is accurate for many things, such as train derailments, fires in food processing and manufacturing plants, and plane issues.
They normally happen often, so labeling it propaganda is easy. My concerns are with the uptick. Should we shrug it off & blame media feedback loops?

Its the same thing with the trains a while back. Everyone freaked out and swore it was a terrorist thing or something, but reality was it was actually less derailments then Americas yearly average
