Joe Burrow had a helluva year, had had 34 TDs to Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase Cam Newton in his MVP season threw 35 TDs to Ted Ginn and Philly Brown……Also Burrow threw 14 picks, Cam threw 10 that year, so tell me how Cam “has never been a good passer” still holds up?

He had a 59% completion percentage , 61 QBR that year. Also the only time in his career to throw for more than 24 TD’s. So did he have a decent year once? Yeah. But decent.

Maybe when you watch the film you can see he wasn’t a great passer? Stats don’t always tell the story.

No it’s more of Cam didn’t have Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase and had to carry scrubs almost every year of his career
