First, there is a difference between legal immigration who are highly educated and come through visas. What is happening at border is illegal and an invasion - 2 million have crossed it

I don’t believe the GOP has any issue at all with immigrants, just illegal invaders crossing our border illegally. I think what Elon meant is the GOP needs to support a completely lawless and wide open border.

most Republicans agree with you as long as it is in a legal framework. Overwhelming social services at some point will become a problem and will prevent immigrants' ability to improve their lives and all our lives.
