That guy hasn’t trained for internal rotation - it’s very specialized. Arm-wrestling upper limb coordination is also trained for. If this video continued to a curl, bench, or lat pull down the larger guy would dominate.

My squat, bench and dead are pro powerlifting numbers, but I’m not “stronger” than my dad, who’s never touched weights in his life. Certain things like grappling or grip strength are more likely a better indicator of “real-world” strength
