@imUrB00gieman @StarfishPatriot I think a balanced approach might be for counties to have rules that freeze a seniors (65+) property tax and then only index it to SS COI thereafter. Also have mechanism for a senior below some “poverty line” to request a waiver of taxes - all this decided by the county.
