That’s not the land surveyor. Those are contractor the neighbors hired to move the fence. It’s clear that they’ve already gone to court and the neighbor is trying to move the fence anyways, even though a judge said they’d have to dispute it in court first

Not a Karen, if her claim (which all appears to be correct legally) that her family has lived in the house for 40yrs , even a survey would do very little to grant rights to the neighbor to take back the land on their original deed due to adverse possession.

Land surveyors stakes are different, and they would have dug down to find the property markers (usually buried under top soil. That land is untouched.

that’s clearly not a surveyor stake lmao. The neighbors are placing them in themselves, as you see the man in the video holding one about to place it in. Encroachment is common, and there is a whole slew of things in place to do to remedy it.
