So it seems that $ILUS shareholders of record as of whatever cutoff date the company will announce, will get spin off shares of both $QIND (after uplist, so AFTER the RS if one is needed!) AND of
#ERT
when it spins off! Sounds like a great deal for $ILUS shareholders!
$ILUS will spin out several of its existing aligned companies into
#ERT
after $QIND uplist & complete further acquisitions by ERT, & pay a special equity dividend of ERT stock (100% owned by ILUS) to SHs of record โ acq to be followed by offering & listing on national exchange ๐ช
@jarboys
Thatโs why I have no confidence in the OTC, but complete confidence in the companies ( $ILUS & $QIND). Thatโs why they should IMO significantly benefit from uplist to the BBs, where fundamentals are valued rather than hype.

Most likely but itโs not written in stone โ itโs only been approved by the board IF necessary, and in such a case, ONLY for the purpose of and in conjunction with the uplist of $QIND to NYSE. In such cases, a RS is NOT a red flag, as it is in most other cases where OTCs do it.
