No. You can lie about your email combinations but you can never lie about your date of birth to your school. So the DoB is correct and most likely she be person wey always like about age to form big like that email 1998

Her DOB should be 1998. Most people use their DOB in their emails as at sec school. So ignore the DOB you're seeing. What's wild is SURGEON????? 😂

My J1 form showed 12 years. Meanwhile I was not even 10 at the time. That was what I told secretary and that was what she wrote. My GP later came to school to correct is though. You can lie about anything, anywhere. It's not like we have records to cross check those details.
