@iabhinavKhare hahha yes i remember that horrid time of 2003. I was in Gwalior for 10+2. Having come from Gujarat i had never heard of anything like night power cut ever in life. District headquarters in MP experienced 10-12 hours of power cuts in summer. Insanse. Worst CM ever he was!
