@iDarksideGG @JaredKCTV5 @KCTV5 But, that’s not the point, is it? Offensive neutral zone infractions are rarely called because the ref will tell the player or the coach before the snap. Why? Because those 2-3 inches don’t affect the play like it does when a defender gets the jump on the QB.

@stlcameron22 @JaredKCTV5 @KCTV5 Doesn't matter, if you're gonna call one penalty in crunch time you gotta call them all, borderline or obvious, it doesn't matter. They set a precedent that they will call penalties in crunch time, gotta be consistent.
