I've been unsure about whether to tweet about this but at this point I am hoping it might help me connect to people going through the same: after what seemed like a mild covid infection 5 weeks ago I am currently still bedridden with no clear signs of improvement 1/2

Pharma had & has so much more in its locker, before the valuable vaccines arrived. Virucidal prophylaxis fluids: Ethanol-iodine, mucosa-tolerable betadine,chlorhexidine-active, x+hydrochloride throat & nasal sprays. 'Wash hands, spray-in, mask on.' The slogan even writes itself.

I had a mild case of Omicron (fully vax'd/no booster) and 4 days later I was at 100%. However, a week later I spent the weekend landscaping our backyard - since then staying focused and awake has been extremely difficult. These symptoms have been persistent for the last 3 months
