I met a lot of awesome people in Tijuana,Mex, I laughed, talked ,and hugged these deported U.S Veterans.

Undocumented people can and do serve in all branches of the military and have fought in U.S. wars.

There are a few out there. I shot this as a pilot to try and get a full show along the border to hear a bunch of different stories. I hope it gets picked up!

I am thankful for their service but it sucks they were deported. I hope they are managing ok under the circumstances.

That’s great that you did that but so fucked up of our country to deport them. That’s not the actions of the country I was raised to be proud of. I just don’t understand how people can treat others so terribly and be so callous about it. 😕

I hope somebody is trying to be their advocate. I've read of others who got their citizenship and used their time served in the military to help them get it.

Fighting for freedom and keeping families safe, through military service, makes these individuals US citizens in my book. It's a disgrace to deport them.

They fought for the US, risked their life knowing that it could be taken away at any moment, and we repay them by deporting them? Sounds like we don’t really care about our military.
