@fourboxesdiner Massachusetts has been very successful in acquiescing at the right moment to prevent their house of cards from being overturned. MA laws on their face are really more about discouraging ownership that it is about catching criminals because gun charges are almost universally…

@fourboxesdiner Jack Jones is especially relevant to many issues because if he had flown home from Manchester, NH it’d be only TSA issues and no state charges. Even if he had a license in another state, Massachusetts has no reciprocity with any other state.
