1. Woke just means aware of social injustice which is a very big part of the X-Men
2. Who honestly cares if Morph is nonbinary now? What do you lose with his story if heโs referred to as they?
@fandompulse
Oh god I love these discussions as always people miss the obvious with these stories. Yes X-Men has been woke. They started off as allegories for persecuted minorities
@fandompulse
False. Even Ryan Reynolds knew that and had Deadpool mention it in Deadpool 2 lol I'm sure the people complaining sure loved that movie though ๐

First sentence: "With the news about X-Men โ97 turning Morph into a non-binary propaganda piece, the internetโs been set ablaze with arguments over whether the X-Men were always intended to be woke."
You do realize the propaganda bit just shows a very blatant bias, right?
@fandompulse
Anyone using woke at this point just has bad intentions and is looking for a reaction. The term has been beaten to death by the fear and peepee power crowd anyways. It was about diversity, equity, inclusion, and education though
@fandompulse
Denying the political progressive elements of X-men is just further pushing the fact you donโt know what youโre talking about and should probably stop talking about characterโs you clearly donโt understand or really even care about.
