2/3 Why did I do this? Because I trust my team to make sure the work gets done. We’re all adults here and there shouldn’t be the expectation that it takes a whole work week to finish what needs to get done. On top of that, there needs to be a better division of work life balance.

1/3 Today I announced to my team that we’ll be having Flex Friday’s every week starting 3/14. This means that they can stop doing what they’re working on to work on things they always wanted to work on for Starcatchers, or pursue their passion projects, or take off completely.

3/3 Web3 has been the best experience of my life so far but it shouldn’t be this all-consuming thing. My team deserves to live their life the way they choose and not be constantly bogged down by work.

Brother I believe in this with my whole heart and support it 100%. People your team has life’s and sometime a little time off is needed so they can decompress to work on their health mentally and physically. I’m not a starcatchers holder but I will once I get the liquid. Love!!🤍
