This picking and choosing of religious ritual is not it, the western mind has been conditioned into thinking spirituality and religion is a buffet but in reality there's a reason certain paths do what they do as a sikh it's very simple these "energy cleanses" all come from Naam

People fast for all sorts of reasons like health and what not but to direct your energy in the way of observing another religions rituals is gross it has the energy of mindless action just for the sake of it and especially farming social media clout
