@d_feldman I know all the warts of my house, and am sure the previous owner knew even more and did not disclose.

Does anyone else feel like maintaining a house is an entire second, very expensive full-time job

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman Yes!!! I bought my house in the last year. I keep finding stuff that I feel should have been disclosed. Yuck.

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman I still yell at my home's previous owner whenever I find one of his trademark shoddy repairs and I've lived there 16 years

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman someone once described buying a house to me as "buying someone else's problems", which seems accurate.

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman Whenever I hear about this, I always wonder when 3-D printed properties with a solar power grid will become standard. Anything else just seems like it cannot last long term

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman I'm constantly getting previous owners' projects fixed or removed. There must be six different kinds of papers in the back yard.

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman The owner of the house we previously owned listed the detached garage as having heat and running water. The running water was apparently the roof leaking. The heat was a 220 v heater run on a 110 line.
