@ericnakagawa @d_feldman I'm constantly getting previous owners' projects fixed or removed. There must be six different kinds of papers in the back yard.

@ericnakagawa @d_feldman The owner of the house we previously owned listed the detached garage as having heat and running water. The running water was apparently the roof leaking. The heat was a 220 v heater run on a 110 line.
