Much of society — from after-school programs to the coveted time slots for TV shows — is structured around working from 9 to 5. But remote work demonstrated that hours don't matter as long as the work gets done.

The downside is quite real, especially during this all-from-home period. Taking a break from working to parent, ducking out from parenting for a “quick call” — it’s all roles all the time.
And that’s for the privileged who can work from home.
