Naturally there's more to performance than what happens in photo mode, otherwise the Xbox wouldn't be occasionally stuttering or dropping frames during gameplay in the non-RT 60fps mode.

So basically Remedy locked the graphics mode to 30fps to protect the PS5. We can safely assume that Remedy is in bed with Sony and they have some PR going on. Thereβs clearly a lack of optimization for the Xbox versions, Xbox can do much more and here is the proof.

as usual DF & alex fanboying XBOX , photomode frame rate is the new damage control . like always they did not mention better RT in PS5
any better thing in PS5 = DF saying really interesting we don't know why maybe it's a bug or something

Kind of bummed these frames aren't steady. Hoping to see more steady frames in the future once the power of these systems gets tapped into. Really makes me appreciate my PC more.

Ignoring all the clowns arguing here, this is what we actually needππΌ
1080p, 60fps, RT ON
1440p-4k (DRS/Locked), 30fps, RT ON
1440p-4k (DRS/Locked), 60fps, RT OFF
1080p, 120fps, RT OFF
