So..let’s make this personal..this is a picture of my Godson..with an Afghan man..that saved his and his platoons lives..many times..instantly risking his. This man will die if we don’t save him. This is a choice, our choice..your choice. We can’t fail these people.

Met two amazing state troopers at my BOE meeting. Both were veterans. Nearly brought tears when we discussed what’s going on there. We need to bring our people home. These brave and men sacrificed so much to have it end this way. There is no red or blue here.

Declan: my hope & prayers for your Godson and his Afghan friend. I wish them Godspeed and quick & safe exit from a territory where barbarism knows no boundaries. the current admin also knows no boundaries of ineptitude. Again, Godspeed; I hope your family never gets that “visit”
