Murphy's horrible leadership doesn't start and end with the school openings.
- His forced closure of businesses have destroyed businesses and lives.
- He forced most susceptible elderly into nursing homes thereby killing more elderly.
- He has violated our constitutional freedoms
@declanoscanlon
schools will be open for about a minute. Once one teacher has a symptom or "tests positive" and he/she, along with other teacher "contacts" have to quarantine for 2 weeks.. school will be over. No teachers, no school
@declanoscanlon
Although the article says that lockdowns were necessary. They were not. A better take would have been- we didn’t know anything and overreacted with the lockdowns- which was still very wrong.

I am a daughter of abusers. Without school I did not eat and no hope for safety and mentors. These poor children. I pray that God saves them like he saved me. ❤️🙏

The litany of
@GovMurphy
policies that are just outright failures or DONT make the mark just continue to roll out as if they’ve been vetted, evaluated and tested! Right along with his money policies they are outright failures!!
@declanoscanlon
cut through the political BS on all sides. The districts were given the ability to govern how school would start. So is the failure not on the districts? And given the information we are seeing in opened schools, would opening, then having mass quarantined be more disruptive?
@bothgregs
Stuck to his original plan. He was right when he said we needed to open schools &get kids back in classrooms. He should have used his allegiance with the NJEA to make it happen. What we now have is a total mess. Not just me saying so..school officials (many Dems) all over state.
@declanoscanlon
Moronic stance by Governor to tell 555 individual school districts to figure it out and come up with their plan for reopening. Lack of leadership and an understanding of what that entails. He punted is all he did.
@declanoscanlon
Yes, these kids need to be in school full time. As a working parent I do not have the luxury of staying home to keep watch over my kids, so we need them to attend in person classes. I'm sure this is the case with many. Also, now trying to mandate a flu shot. This is so ridiculous
