@danriccio_ This is what happens when you have a large talent gap + the guys you do put out play poor even by their standards.

@danriccio_ Hoglander got sent down because he couldn’t do the basics of presenting his stick to his D-man to get the puck out of the zone and simple puck management. He looks no better now. Tocchet won’t keep him unless there’s a big improvement.

@danriccio_ Agreed. It shows just how shallow the organization's prospect pipeline really is, after all the short term thinking. After a decade of failure, they don't have one prospect that looks capable of solid every day production this season.
