Not me, but one time my boss left the water on in the barn at the vet & flooded the whole barn with horses inside & it was a holiday weekend so lucky for him I went in & saved the day & cleaned his mess 🙃 lol

One time I sent a mass email to all our vendors using the "TO" section instead of "BCC" so all our vendors knew everyone we were doing business with (they're all competitors). Our vendor list is confidential. I was shocked I didn't get fired for that one.

I mixed up how to make a certain kind of fee schedule, which caused my entire department of 10 people spending a month on fixing it, and almost lost one of the biggest customers bc of it

Probably the biggest mistake I keep repeating is not acting because I feel like I don't have all the info and how tos... Can cost the company hundreds of thousands when I get analysis paralysis. And it's not going away... But they keep me?

I sent every parent that had a kid at a treatment center a number to book a hotel for parents weekend that went to a sex phone line, that was one digit off.

I ordered a truckload of paper to go to my company's factory in Pennsylvania. It arrived a few days later.
Turns out, I was supposed to order it for our factory in Illinois.
It was my fault- the order form was correct, but I entered the wrong factory code into the software.🤷♂️

I worked at a car wash (supersonic) in the vacuuming section where we vacuum their cars for them and pull them forward. I was super shy and didn’t feel like I mattered there. I hastily got into a fancy BMW to pull it forward. As I quickly drove it forward (1/2)
