BadAss Offensive Line Coaches understand that a 16 year old OLineman may be terrible…and the same young man one year later may be dominant. Never give up on a young OL, especially when their body hasn’t caught up with their age. Ive seen horrible young OL become War Daddies!

Hardest defense to prepare against and to move the ball against? 3 man front…Never Blitz…Sound…Bend not break…Physical at point of attack…Gap Sound…Some “ trap covers” to field…Bounces everything to boundaries…These defenses require u to get out of 4 wide and “ BigSet”

Yesterday I was given a thorough tour of West Point. Though I have been on campus since August 20 this cadet prayer captured me: "Honor-make us choose the harder right, instead of the easier wrong, and never be content with a half-truth, when the whole can be won." Truly BadAss

BadAss coaches always have a “ go to” scheme when their masterful time consuming game plan FAILS!! Make sure you’ve got a formation and 6 plays you simply can call and your players can execute blindfolded! As a DC…if u can’t play Base D u can’t play D…have a sound base

BadAss Coaches understand as the season progresses adjustments have to be made…Who makes plays? What receivers block and who refuses to block? What works? What doesn’t? Who plays hard? Who doesn’t? Championship Coaches make hard decisions and admit when wrong. Adjust or Lose
