You can't turn back the clock but you can challenge yourself to learn new skills, get out of your comfort zone, and think for yourself. You will look back a year from now as I do and not recognize the person you once were. It's never too late to get started.

@sam_sebe_samsa I spent years in my 20s running at least 4-5 days a week with minimal resistance training. I'm in the best shape of my life now because of the shift towards a more balanced approach with weight training.
