You can't turn back the clock but you can move forward. Challenge yourself to learn new skills, get out of your comfort zone, and think for yourself. You will look back a year from now as I do and not recognize the person you once were. It's never too late to get started.

@TariqWahaaj Become aware of it first and then when you begin to hear those consistent thoughts immediately replace it with something that builds you up. Another great tool is writing down several affirmations each morning to set the tone for the day.

@chrisboettcher9 How do you know what kind of relationships you want if you don't fail at some initially? I don't think anyone has a perfect relationship on day 0.
