family. Tonight's recruit graduation was my 1st as Chief & I couldn't be prouder to welcome 38 new constables to our ranks. They bring a wide range of experience, languages & volunteer service to our community.

To be fair I pinch zoomed in on the photo and I see the cadet by the door, the one on stage and at least one of the seated cadets with masks on, but should be all! Some might have those funny photo ones of a face so you can't tell, but I was looking at ears for straps.

This is sad to see. Police should be leading by example but yet again here is another example of police believing rules don’t apply to them. No masks?
Kids missing high school graduation but police allowed to have theirs?
Rules for thee but not for me?
