@FortuneLagos I'm not holding a brief for the government. A Biosafety Lab 3&4 is required for containment of a serious virus like Covid19 or a haemoragic one like Ebola. No government will build such in a clinic. In Nigeria, I only know of BSL3&4 in Lagos, Abuja and Vom, Jos.
