Wealthy tax exempt religious schools don’t need taxpayer money. School “choice” is a scam, hurting rural schools and students.
Money should follow the students.
Clearly parents aren’t buying what public schools have to offer so let’s give them choice!

Parents pay taxes too and they have right to say where they want their tax monies going. If they chose to home school or private schools, that's their right.

As a taxpayer with no kiddos in school, I would be happy to divert my involuntary donation from public to private schools.

No it don’t. Who cares if it hurts public schools. This should be about the students. Charter schools aren’t going to just pop up in a rural community. They will in urban centers however

Well what’s the answer to our failed public schools? More money? Home schooling? Our kids can’t read , write or do math.

FAFO. You, and Teachers Unions want to push social agendas in school vice actual education, parents are going to pull their kids out to alternative education methods. And now, we don’t want to pay twice to educate our children.
