I checked with a former District Attorney friend about the legality and this is his response:

@RetiredDA Question, the SCOTUS shot down the citizenship question on the census. We all know the dems are using this to gain more electoral college votes with illegal immigrants. If citizens chose to protest this abuse of the system by NOT returning the census form what could happen?

@c0lettea California will be taking benefits of all kinds from citizens in other states.

@NellieLucas07 Exactly, that's why California residents who are patriots need to opt out of the census to nullify the illegal immigrant impact on the census. If the democrats don't have to follow the laws or play by the rules why do we? Peaceful protest but effective.

@c0lettea Ignore this fool idea. We need every legal American citizen to be counted as much as possible to counter all the illegals that will be counted unfairly.

@tjheinse You fail to understand what i am saying. IF illegals complete the census then the blue states who are already in control gain MORE POWER and control. If citizens refuse to complete it, then it will offset the incoming illegals and they gain NOTHING.

@HDowning113 The census is how they allocate electoral college votes and gov't assistance packages. By counting illegal immigrants it gives blue states more electoral college votes for POTUS and more taxpayer funded assistance. IF citizens OPTOUT it nullifies the illegal immigrants, we win.

@c0lettea How does refusing to be counted nullify an illegal being counted? All it does it under-represent legal citizens.

@c0lettea I have a better idea but it won't work if we can't get it televised or printed in papers. I say we write the word "citizen" Anywhere near our names.
