I had something similar happen to me but it was blood instead of poop and he asked me if I had a*ds. I literally didn't bottom until last year and that dude said that in 2018

When I first came out I met
a guy, just a friend, named Kelly. He was my - (coming out, being gay Sherpa.)
He taught me a lot about just being a gay guy.
He told me that if/when that happened to him, he’d tell the guy, “You knew what you were fuckin.”

one time it happened to me, i’ve always been “tight” because i don’t get fucked all the time or even like from girthy dicks. so when i finally got to something way thicker than what i’m used to, even when i properly cleaned myself, it happened and he was not happy :(

I didn't actually paint on this one guy but instead bled and he was nice about it. We stopped because he didn't want me to hurt and reassured me that it's okay, not to worry about it and that the body does what it does. I love him so much
