@burgessdave @froehlichm Many colleagues have confided this w/me. It's not all personal,it's work related too. Always bothered me that there was stigma attached w those who seek help (therapy/meds), as post says it's not weird. We're in this together. Support ea. other. Always more to the story. #leadlap

@burgessdave @froehlichm Thank you for this. Having depression or anxiety doesn’t mean we’re broken. It means our minds are doing what they evolved to do. We don’t have to act happy for our students. We can teach them that pain is normal & that self-compassion can be normal too.
