so you're telling me arrow, the flash and legends of tomorrow all got 7+ seasons despite their later seasons being absolute shit, but they couldn't give batwoman and black lightning more than 3 or 4 respectively?

Arrow, Flash, and Legends had huge ratings for S1-S4, like even Legends in S4 was doing 1.49m views. Batwoman in S2 & S3 are doing sub 500k

it's also different times where streaming has come into play and live viewership naturally drops. also, cw shows with lower ratings than batwoman did get renewed so the rating argument isn't even valid in this case

the fact they woldnt even give BW last season to wrap it up. Like renew them but say its just for one season like with BL. Why cancel it? fucking hell... and let me not even start on them cancelling black lead shows after no more than 4 seasons

i feel like every time a cw show got cancelled in the past, they at least got one more season to wrap things up? idk why they didn’t give batwoman that opportunity, it’s so nasty…

to YOU. to so many of us, it wasn’t. it was all a lot of us had been asking for, and so many queer and black people related to it. just because it didn’t cater to you, doesn’t mean it was bad.

Legends was awesome throughout its run. BATWOMAN needed more time with Ryan wilder and black lightning could’ve used another 2 seasons. I felt like Anissa and Grace were rushed in that final season and the pandemic ruined a lot of these shows productions unfortunately

To be fair they were pretty good for their first few seasons. Black lightning is tragic but batwoman was just a bad attempt at the character imo
