Easing of lockdown is to cover up for
#Cummings
being a cunt and breaking the very simple guidelines he helped create, cheers Boris what a fucking cool thing to do. Don't forget what he did.
These are lab confirmed cases - many more suspected but never tested, false negatives etc. Please stay safe, wash your hands! I understand many of you have no choice but to work outside of the home, thank you essential workers ♥️
@bouphe
I'm over it, done with the charade. That doesn't mean I'm going near crowded places or that I'm not going to give people space because that's just common sense. I'm absolutely done with the paranoia though, and I'm done with listening to the media shrieking like children.
@bouphe
Wow, the bots in this thread are insane. Either that or just stupid people but there we go.... I’ve already had to return to work now and honestly I’m just waiting to get sick. I have to use public transport for 3/4 hrs a day just to get there and back.
@Henny_Pennyism
Not worth getting riled up over at least, definitely stupid people. One of them called me Karen which is actually incredible though!
Please look after yourself as much as you can, I'll be thinking of you!
@bouphe
I’m in Australia and immuno compromised I’ll be keeping in still even with out “early Mark” 🤦🏻♀️ we aren’t in the same situation as the UK I worry about you all every day. And everyone . Omg can I please stop worrying
@bouphe
feel free to move up here to scotland bouphe, our lockdown seems to actually make sense, honestly feel sorry for a lot of people who have been screwed about with the whole "do this but dont do it if this that and the next thing but also if that thing is then you should" fiasco
@bouphe
Unless you have a serious existing health problem, you're more likely to die from being struck by lightning or hit on the head by a falling coconut than you are from this 'deadly virus'. 'Lockdown' is a far greater danger to everyone than this. No economy = no health service.
@bouphe
The second wave will overwhelm us in the autumn or late summer unfortunately I fear
I work in public services for the state I have no choice unfortunately but am personally advising people I come in to contact with to say in lockdown as long as possible this is far form over
@bouphe
one of our political parties here decided to use their judges(which they complain about endlessly when it goes against them) to remove powers to shutdown by our governor. bars were packed that night and oh look, two weeks later 600 new cases in one day, new record
@bouphe
Agree, I opted to take furlough still from work (even though work has some great measures in place) because I knew easing lockdown would mean more people on public transport that I have to take. I’m asthmatic so it still concerns me.
@bouphe
Not that is means much, but as I'm studying Microbiology at Uni, it amazes me how many people are going back out like it is over: because the lockdown is lifting!? Just because it is, doesn't mean it should be! Stay in, its so much safer. I agree with everything you say Bouphe 👌🏻
