We just got evicted. Never paid rent late in 15 months. The judge disregarded all the laws, including the requirement of notice prior to filing an eviction. The landlord even admitted that she didn’t give proper notice. I’ve filed an appeal, but we have to vacate in 24 hours.

@CreoleComrade Honestly if that is the case you shouldn’t appeal because it would be a waste of time. What you should do is sue to landlord separately and have her pay for your relocation fees and have the eviction removed from your record!

@bluewhaleinhell @CreoleComrade I second this.. You’ll most likely get a more reasonable judge in claims court.
