Well tell that to the real estate agents that like to push home ownership on everyone. It’s not an investment for everyone. Maybe some can focus on commercial real estate which is where the real money is

The reason why a lot of people can’t get into other investment opportunities especially ones that pay as much as owing their own home is because they don’t make enough money to. Do you really think someone with an FHA mortgage has the finances to purchase commercial real estate?
