DB Chest Press, 5sets for 12
Barbell OHP, 5sets for 10
Super set w/ DB lateral raises for 15
BW chest Dips , 5sets for 10
DB Chest Flies, 3sets for 12
Incline DB Chest Flies, 2sets for 12
