Thank you all for your kind messages. They, my girlfriend & her husband were talking about moving back up north a few years ago when he got sick but, they decided to stay in FL & then this, it was sudden. I think if they were up here he would have had a better chance to live.

Ugh...I'm so sorry. Is this your friend you told us about awhile back that had cancer? I guess it really doesn't matter. I'm sorry for your loss.π

No, two friends male and female died last month from cancer. This friend had a blockage, they did open heart surgery, then a bypass. He got an infection & they opened him up again & it was sepsis. His system was failing & they put him on dialysis. ππ

Thank you, sweetheart. After 2 friends died in May I just held my breath. His wife is a very close friend and we all went to high school together, more than 50 years ago. π
