The document starts off by acknowledging NY's draconian gun laws with the sole purpose of them being to discourage firearm ownership. Then in the next paragraph, they dually acknowledge this creates a black market...DUH!

I was not aware it was illegal to possess unregistered ammunition in NYC. I thought only DC had such a statute. Insane.

For all NY's faults, at least they provide permit holders with a 1-YEAR GRACE PERIOD! Michigan's grace period? There is none.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: It will take nothing less than a military-style invasion to restore the Second Amendment in NYC/NY. There are simply way too many laws to sue over. We must treat it as an occupied territory.
