and targeted. white people would actually come up to me and ask to touch my hair and poke it and yank it. and when I’d try to go into private spaces and stuff, I was told my hair was unprofessional and ghetto. and in stores, the clerks would put security cameras on me (2/3)

and stare me down. multiple times I have been accused of shoplifting and other derogatory things. and multiple times, they searched by school bookbag and found nothing. this happened oftenly, which is why I had to cut it off. it’s not fair for yt men to do it and think it’s funny
