BSNL revenue/sales will be shared not PAT. No matter how loss it goes into , as per agreement they will give SAR Teles part to them.

They are raising 450 Cr Fund( Rights + FPO)
~Current Equity 1.50 Cr ( FV 2) + 3 Cr New Equity Shares = 4.50 Cr Total shares
~After Dilution Market cap will be increased to 1000 Cr
~To justify 1000 Cr of Mkt cap they must post at least 40 Cr PAT in FY25
