@angleonfire63 @WeAreCanProud The housing funding has strings attached. The funding itself isn't enough to build low income housing, nor does it encourage the building sector. The fact remains: rent rates are competitive with monthly mortgage payments, and it's unaffordable for a good portion of Canadians.
