I told myself I’d never get a Tik Tok. But I love this video feature. 😂 Bringing in 2020 with more siva Samoa. 🇼🇸
Here’s female choreo, male choreo below. Hope y’all like it. 😬
Our Pacific Islander bodies, our skin, is meant to naturally beautify itself when in contact with the sun. So stop trying to keep our bodies from doing what it needs to do. Darker skin is in our blood and it has always been beautiful.
Embrace the melanin.
As of right now, many South Pacific islands do NOT have any known cases of COVID-19 (including Samoa and Tonga). And I’m praying so hard it stays that way. 🙏🏽
I was asked to represent our dance group, and close our performance. I’m grateful to hold it down for my sisters.
Feagaiga O Ali’i...o a’u feagaiga nei.
“O le tuafafine o le loimata lea o le tuagane.”
The sister is the pupil of her brother’s eye.
A little while ago, a few Polys in Utah wanted to begin a production showcasing the Polynesian islands. The organizers asked if I would choreo the boys part for the Samoan section—which in the play was supposed to be about some romantic scene.
I’m getting tired of this song. But anything for family. Lol just rough draft for our boys’ siva.
Hit me up for a male or female number, before my knees give out. 😂🇼🇸
Featuring the talented Maaola Stowers! She asked for some help choreo a number that was needed the day after this vid. The kicker was the choreo needed to include a chair. 🤦🏽♂️😂 15 mins later though....
Get you a man that can do both 🤪🇼🇸
Here’s another siva Samoa I choreographed for my sister’s wedding, to “Mo’omo’oga” by Alpha. In the vid I’m showing the girl’s moves, while my brother
@DidYouKnowChunk
struggles to show the boy’s. 🤦🏽♂️😂🇼🇸
Happiest birthday, brother man! Ser Theophilus of House Manumaleuna.
I wanted to share a Samoan ritual with y’all that has always amazed me.
An “ifoga” is a dramatic, formal apology in Fa’asamoa. When an offending person, family, or village commits something against a party, the offending individual(s) will awake before the sun rises...
I’m really enjoying this TikTok thing. 😂 Got bored and made some choreo to the classic “The ‘Lape’” by Jamoa Jam.
I freestyled at the end because I didn’t know I’d have a couple of seconds left. 😂🇼🇸
PART of being Pacific Islander means understanding why a man sleeps in a separate room when there are more girls, why a female is not alone with the guys when they’re hanging out. Just respect it, especially when around our older folks.
Freedom Writers is on Netflix! One of my all-time most favorite movies. I can watch it a million times and still get emotional. It’s so damn relevant, even now.
1) I don’t know which Pacific Islanders need to hear this, but you’re NOT white. Own as many guns as you want, eat as much chili as you want, marry as many white humans you choose, vote for every Republican you see. Still not it.
The progression of Pacific Islanders is attributed to the fight Martin Luther King, Jr. and Black Americans fought in the Civil Rights era.
I'm grateful for our brothers and sisters who paved the way for my family to find more justice, more understanding, & more opportunities.

This is the nicest I've ever seen someone push through to see their family and friends after they watch you lead your team back in overtime.
It's been 6 yrs, this month, since the 1st time I opened up to my parents abt the most private things of my life. All I got out of that experience, is that no matter where I go & what I do with my life, the support of my two most important ppl got me. & that's all I'll ever need.
This one’s for all my SAPAPALI’I peoples!
I had my good friend
@Apatunity1k
recreate the vi’i of my mom’s village for my sister’s wedding this month. But I couldn’t resist coming up with random moves, imagining it’s me on my wedding day...which will never happen. 🤕😂
Not bad for our last minute idea for a number. 😂 My poor sisters had me running this number over, and over. But they love me for it because they looked damn good at our brother Misi’s wedding. Love you, faakigāulus! ❤️
Sulu i le Papa Gagala x Punialava’a

@AionoDeaan
Many of you may remember when I choreographed a number for my friend Lani’s wedding earlier this year. Well I decided to change it just a bit for my FOA sisters. E Tumau Pea, for all you lucky ones in relationships right now 😉❤️😫
Feagaiga O Ali’i does it again! Thanks to the Tongan community for allowing us to always share our culture.
FOA will also be performing at Polynesian Days at Thanksgiving Point at the end of August. ❤️🇼🇸
10 yrs ago, Manu won the first tourn in Vegas. I was hoping Manu would win for the 10 yr anniversary, and they sure didn’t. Lol Malo le taumafai, Manu! 🇼🇸
The beauty of Siva Samoa is that it portrays the grace & strength of Samoan people, and shows how both characteristics can simultaneously exist harmoniously within.
1st item is choreographed by myself, last two choreographed by Garnet Moea’i-Latū.
Please refrain from copying!!!
On 28 Dec., 1929, many Samoans were killed by European occupants in Apia, including Tupua Tamasese Lealofi.
We dedicated this number to our people in West Papua, Aotearoa, Hawai’i and all other Pasefika ppl who continue to see the effects of colonization. Pasefika mo Pasefika!
Pacific Islanders are really out here debating the genocide against Palestinians, with the Bible as their main source.
Sweet baby Jesus and the grown one too. 🤦🏽♂️
It’s my favorite, but I can only last so long. In those “me times” I realize how much happier I am being around those I love. Being alone is just my time to recharge.
My uncle took our family to the community senior citizen center on Tutuila, when we visited. 🇦🇸
It’s amazing that no matter the age of our people, they never become tone deaf. Aha Nothing like hearing our loved elderly singing popular Samoan songs. 🇼🇸
UTAH TL: If you don’t have anywhere to eat or be for today and tomorrow, Christmas and Christmas Eve, hit my DMs. I’ll send my address. No one should be alone this weekend. Our home is open, no shame or worries. Hit me up!
On Thursday, July 2nd, I started experiencing symptoms. Monday, July 6th, I got tested for COVID-19. Today, July 7th, I received my results and I’ve unfortunately tested positive.
